Energy Therapy Overview
Many of us have released emotions, or our stories, at the mental level, but have not yet begun to release from the emotional, spiritual, physical, and cellular levels. Quite often, just knowing and understanding our stories at the thinking level of the mind is not enough. So, we continue to revisit old issues, feel painful feelings, and create unhealthy responses in spite of our best intentions. These old stories are scenes of unfinished business that exist to urge us to change, to heal physical symptoms, to transform lack of self worth, anxieties and fears, to find new higher expressions of who we are. It is quite necessary to clear from all levels to truly heal.
With every challenge, crisis, and painful experience, we choose the possibility for resolution or not. By becoming conscious of the underlying old belief systems and misperceptions, we then can clear the energy imbalances and blockages that hold us back from all we can be, from living life to the fullest with love, compassion, integrity, grace and joy.
Energy therapy techniques clear the blocked emotional energy and negative thought patterns that have become a way of life for so many. This is what is commonly referred to as stress. When our energy is blocked, scrambled, and stuffed, we can not achieve our full potential. I work with numerous healing modalities that can assist you in achieving wellness quickly and easily. This then sets you free to create the life you love.
Energy healing releases people from the emotional baggage of their past, cleans up their mental states and repairs the entire energy system. What that looks like is better health, more joy, clearer mental states and a stronger spiritual connection. Energy therapy gives potency to our life force so we become a powerful instrument in attracting what is desired into our lives. [Top]
Sessions
Sessions are made up of a combination of EFT, hypnosis, and energy techniques. Sessions are based on the individuals needs as guided by the pre-session intake conversation.
To make my services easy and affordable, I have set up several different pre-paid payment packages. You can pay-as-you-go or choose a pre-paid package option after your first session. The fees for the first session will be credited in the total discounted package amount. I accept major credit cards and check payments via PayPal. Payment is expected at time of service. [Top]
Hourly Rates and Policies (in person and phone sessions)
My fees for private sessions are based on an hourly rate at $125/hour. However, I recommend, and most clients prefer, 90-minute sessions. We can accomplish so much more that way. A 90-minute session then, is $187. However, you can also have a 60-minute session or a 2-hour session. The choice is yours!
My appointment times are valuable and irreplaceable, so I do have a cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule a session, please let me know 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid being billed. [Top]

Phone Sessions
For those of you who do not live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, phone sessions are a great option. You can work from the comfort of your home, or office, and do sessions in your jammies, if you like. I have been doing phone sessions with people from all over the world for years and find them to be just as effective as live sessions. I will send you instructions and an Intake form before we start, as well as other supportive information. Phone sessions are at the same rates as office visits. Urgent, Same Day Rates (for existing clients only)
Whenever possible, I offer same day urgent sessions, billed in 20-minute increments, at $50 per segment. Since my schedule is usually booked, I may have to juggle other obligations around to fit you in. If I am free, I will take you right at the moment. If not, I will do whatever is possible to see you, or talk with you that day. [Top]
Important note: While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it has only been used in its current form since 1992, and thus is still in the experimental stage. Therefore, users of EFT, or other energy therapies discussed on this site, must take complete responsibility for their use of it. EFT has no side effects, and it has been known to bring peace of mind, relaxation, a brighter outlook, better health, more energy and focus, added self-esteem, relieve stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and a multitude of other ailments and issues. While I am not a licensed health care professional, I do care greatly about the welfare and health of my clients.
